As an overseas property owner, using someone like Jay and his team to help me with my sale was the best decision I made. They were super helpful, kept me updated of the process, and patiently answered all of my questions. I have used Oakwood for 20 years to manage the rental of my North London property. In all that time they have never let me down. Clare, who runs that department, is not only professional but just such a lovely person. As with any property there has been the occasional maintenance issue to resolve and they have always communicated promptly and dealt with it swiftly so my tenant has been inconvenienced as little as possible.
